Township of Muskoka Lakes

The Township of Muskoka Lakes is one of six lower-tier Municipalities comprising the single upper-tier Municipality of the District of Muskoka. The Municipality has a permanent population of 6,500 and a seasonal population of 25,000. The Township encompasses a large geographic area around Lakes Muskoka, Rosseau and Joseph, including many rural communities. The communities of Bala and Port Carling are the largest urban centres.
